When interviewed there is a common theme. They are fed up, disillusioned, home sick and wish they had never signed up to fight for ISIS. Many come from Europe.
Listen to one of the Jihadist's from Holland speaking of his disappointment with his lost cause.
"ISIS treat us very bad, especially people from another country. It is very hard to live here. It is not our life style because we are used to a lot of things, and then when we come here they treat us very badly, and try to control our life."
To which my wife Pauline replied. "O those poor people. They signed up to murder as many as they could, and now they are missing their trip to McDonalds, unemployment cheques and Easy Street in Europe."
Well said, Pauline.
My only concern is that they will give their sob story to the local embassy, show their passports, be welcomed home and soon be living next door to us.
Stranger things have happened.
Jubilate.
