Fifty shades of Grey or Black and White

I haven't seen it; I haven't read it: "Fifty Shades of Grey" I'm talking about. I have heard, however, that this latest poisoned offering from Hollywood was enough to put millions of young women into a sexual phantasmagoria. Pornography will do that to people.
Contrast all of this with the Book that I have read for the last fifty years; my " Fifty Years of Black and White".
Here are some sample passages:
"In the beginning God made the Heavens and the Earth": No greys of evolution.
"And God created man in His own image;male and female created He them"   No bi-sexuality and gender-blender
"Thus were the 10 commandments given"  Not ten suggestions.
"Thou shalt" 'Thou shalt not"   Black and whites.
Jesus said "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man comes to the Father but by Me."   One way only.
As for death.
"It is appointed unto man once to die and after death the judgment"

Bank on it.
As for Eternal destiny  " Heaven or Hell."
Ah the brutality of the Truth. No "Fifty Shades of Grey"

But  "You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free."      And that my friends is what it is all about.

What is wrong with these pictures?

Two photos from the battle front in Ukraine. One a church in Donetsk shelled by Ukrainian troops. The other a church across the border shelled by rebel forces.

Two sides locked in mortal combat: one country, one faith (Ukrainian Orthodox), both at work destroying each other's most precious and sacred buildings.
Now let me get this straight.
Ukrainian Orthodox soldiers killing eastern Ukrainian Orthodox believers.
What is wrong with this picture? EVERYTHING.
It is what the church has been doing for a thousand years, because they haven't figured out that the real enemy is the Devil.

What is wrong with this picture.

What indeed!
A terror plot foiled in Nova Scotia, Canada:
Three continuous days of news coverage.
A shoot-up in Copenhagen, two dead: two days of continuous coverage of media news.
Yesterday, twenty one Egyptian Christians beheaded by ISIS in Libya. Three minutes devoted to the event on ONE of the National News outlets.
My wife, Pauline, commented "I hope that they get more coverage in Egypt, because that's all that we will get here."
True O Queen.
And think it not strange my Christian brethren if those who die for their faith are passed over as unworthy of news.
After all this is the season of Emmy and Oscar who, after all, are the people who REALLY matter.
Jubilate.
